xRover products carry the 24-month statutory period for claiming defects. The manufacturer also provides a warranty: on the load-bearing frame and welds 4 years, or 5 years with annual servicing, on other mechanical parts 24 months, or 3 years with annual servicing.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the user manual. It does not cover normal wear and tear, mechanical damage, or unauthorised modifications.

• Bank transfer based on a deposit invoice
• Invoice with payment terms (for B2B partners)
• Foundation financing (all models, including accessories and ePower Assist)

In-warranty service is provided by the manufacturer at its service centre in Prague, or by a service it has authorised in writing. Post-warranty service is available with original spare parts on favourable terms.
